Arc System Works America, Inc. has announced that the limited-time early Steam demo for action-adventure game DAMON and BABY is available starting today through March 2 at 6:00 PM PT on the Steam Store, allowing global players a first look at the game’s unique world and gameplay experience.* The title is also participating in Steam Next Fest (February 2026 Edition), the global online celebration of upcoming titles.
This DAMON and BABY early Steam demo (link here) aims to further enhance the quality of the final product, where the Arc System Works team is actively seeking feedback from players and looking forward to hearing their passionate reviews and suggestions. The DAMON and BABY Discord official server (link here) has opened as well for Arc System Works to directly engage with the player community, gain valuable feedback, and assess potential bug reports as they happen.
Arc System Works has also unveiled a new studio making-of video, “Braving the Unexplored – The Making of DAMON and BABY” (view here), that goes Behind the Scenes of ‘DAMON and BABY’! The new video offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the studio’s latest endeavor while answering the question: “Why is Arc System Works tackling the action genre now?” Executive Director Daisuke Ishiwatari discusses the project’s origins, the trial-and-error journey of the studio’s next-generation developers, and more topics in this video capturing every facet of the game’s creation. An unknown figure who came from a parallel world. She seeks to recover her lost memories by gathering the “Memory Shard”.
Sir Bloodedge
A warrior sealing a colossal demon within the “Dimensional Administration Bureau”. In exchange for the “Strength Symbol,” he teaches Damon the “ULT”.
Chaos
A mysterious entity whose nature, whether demonic or not, remains unknown. Chaos possesses one of only five guns existing across all dimensions: the “Moon Sword”. In exchange for the “Moon Rock,” he enhances Damon’s gun.
Faust
A priest guarding a neutral church where angels and demons coexist. He specializes in enhancing and replicating rings, demanding the “Book of Kubaba” as payment.
Dog
A friendly, large dog. On the condition that the Dog protects itself, it travels with the group, providing healing and playtime.
