Arc System Works America, Inc. has announced pre-orders, digital deluxe edition details, and an upcoming Steam playable demo for DAMON and BABY, the top-down shooting adventure game coming to Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and Steam® on March 26, 2026.

Pre-orders for both the Standard and Deluxe Editions have begun on all platform stores. This includes an Early Purchase Bonus at 10% discount for pre-orders/early purchases across all platforms. In addition, those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition on PS5® or PS4® will unlock PlayStation Exclusive 24-hour Early Access to the game.

DAMON and BABY is an action-adventure game featuring the Demon Lord “Damon,” who is entrusted with a “mysterious child” following the last request of his late best friend. Together, they embark on a journey to break a curse in this high-octane, top-down shooter. Players will experience a heartwarming tale with gameplay that blends Exploration-based Action across a vast world with the precision of a Twin-stick Shooter. Game features include a gameplay loop to cycle between exploration and upgrading your base; combat with mastering handguns, machine guns, and diverse weaponry for strategic boss battles; customization to tailor your playstyle with skill trees and extensive character outfits; and co-op supporting 2-player offline local play where the second player controls a canine companion to collect items and assist in combat. Players can also unleash their “ULT,” a diverse array of devastating attacks as they master their unique traits and overwhelm foes.

DIGITAL DELUXE EDITION!

The digital-only Deluxe Edition will launch alongside the Standard Edition on March 26, 2026. This Deluxe Edition includes the base game, “Digital Artwork” featuring concept sketches by Executive Director/Game Designer Daisuke Ishiwatari, and the official soundtrack.

DEMO COMING SOON!

As a special opportunity via the game’s Steam Store page, a DAMON and BABY Steam Playable Demo is scheduled for release on February 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT (through March 2 at 6:00 PM PT), allowing players worldwide to experience the game early.* Following the demo launch, the title will participate in Steam Next Fest (February 2026 Edition).
